The used agricultural farm plastics collected through the Plasback product stewardship scheme, are re-processed and extruded into products like Tuffboard.
Standard thicknesses available are 6mm & 12mm but custom thicknesses can be made to order.
Tuffboard comes in two variations:
Tuffboard FIRM - is made from Polypropylene, is a stiffer board and comes in black only.
Tuffboard FLEX - is made from Low Density Polyethylene, is very flexible and comes in green only.
Both sheets have very high UV resistance.
Both materials can be machined using standard wood working tools. They can be sawn (hand, jig or circular), filed, drilled, tapped, milled or riveted. The shape of the sheet can be altered via hot forming. Separate sheets can be joined by plastic welding and can form a water impermeable barrier.

The versatility of the material allows it to be bent, drilled, sawn, plastic welded and routed. Some examples below:
